Most AI training teaches prompts and shortcuts that are stale in a month. We go a level deeper: you and your team learn how these tools actually work, and where they fall short. That frees you to direct, decide, and apply your human judgment and taste.

Formats
From a two-hour prompting lab to a multi-month program. Single workshops, multi-week learning paths, or a full curriculum built for the organization. In person or remote, in English, in Finnish, or with Arabic-speaking trainers from my network.

The aim is changed daily behavior: people who reach for AI on the right tasks, use it well, and keep their own judgment in play.
Common questions
- Which AI program is right for our people?
- It depends on where people are today. AI Practitioner is for people new to AI. AI Native is for professionals who already use software confidently. AI Champion trains internal trainers, and AI Leader is for executives who set the direction on AI.
- Which AI tools do you teach?
- The tools the organization already uses, such as ChatGPT and Claude. Demonstrations and exercises are built around the organization's own platforms and workflows.
- Will the training still be useful in six months?
- The programs focus on how the tools work, where they fall short, and the judgment to use them well. That understanding lasts much longer than a list of prompts.
- Are the trainings certified?
- I am a MinnaLearn Certified AI Trainer and deliver MinnaLearn programs as a certified partner, including Elements of AI, Get AI Ready, and the Prompting Lab. Participants in MinnaLearn programs receive a MinnaLearn certificate.
- Can you build a full AI curriculum for our organization?
- Yes. Beyond single workshops, I design multi-week learning paths and full curricula, with tracks for senior leaders, managers, HR, L&D, and other teams.
