- Where is Minara based, and where does it work?
- Minara is based in the UAE. I work with organizations across the Gulf (the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) and in Europe.
- Who delivers the training?
- I deliver most programs personally, as founder and lead trainer. For larger programs or Arabic-language delivery, I bring in trusted trainers and partner companies from my network, who can start at short notice.
- Which languages do you work in?
- I teach in English and Finnish. Arabic-speaking trainers from my network deliver sessions in Arabic when an organization needs it.
- Do you work in person or remotely?
- Both. Most programs run in person, remotely, or as a mix. Team development works best in the room, so I recommend in person there when it is possible.
- Can Minara take on a large organization?
- Yes. Work ranges from a single workshop for one team to an organization-wide rollout and a full curriculum, for public and private organizations. The AI Champion program is built for reach: ten internal champions can each train a hundred or more colleagues.
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing depends on the program, the group size, the format, and how much is tailored. A short call is the quickest way to a clear proposal.
- How do we get started?
