Join Dtec and Minara for a session with Tommi Raitio, Founder of Minara and leadership development specialist, on why founding teams that start strong often begin to crack as they grow. Using Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team, one of the world’s most widely used team effectiveness models, Tommi will walk through the patterns that quietly erode trust, commitment, and accountability in small teams. The session includes a discussion on what founding teams can practically do about it.
- The Five Dysfunctions Model – Why most team problems are not about people being difficult. They are about missing foundations.
- The Trust Problem – What real trust looks like in a founding team. It has nothing to do with team-building exercises.
- Productive Conflict – How avoiding hard conversations between co-founders actually kills startups faster than having them.
- Commitment and Accountability – Why everyone nods in meetings but nobody follows through, and what to do about it.
- What Teams Can Do Next – A look at the structured team development programmes available for teams that want to go deeper after the session.
